The blade is made from high-strength 65Mn steel, ensuring durability, flexibility, and long service life under tough working conditions. The saw features 17T tungsten steel teeth, specially designed for cutting abrasive materials such as AAC blocks, autoclaved fly ash bricks, gypsum boards, cellular concrete, and even ice blocks.

The teeth are heat-treated for improved hardness and wear resistance, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and consistent cutting performance. The blade surface is treated with electrophoretic paint coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and extended tool life.
