Welcome to TruDeliver. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using TruDeliver’s services, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or use TruDeliver services.
  3. Modifications: TruDeliver reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website/app.

2. Orders and Stock Confirmation

  1. Order Placement: Placing an order on TruDeliver does not constitute final confirmation of your purchase.
  2. Vendor Stock Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only once the vendor verifies product availability. You will receive a confirmation notification/email once the stock is confirmed.
  3. Order Cancellation: If a product is out of stock or unavailable at the vendor, TruDeliver may cancel the order and initiate a refund if applicable.

3. Account and Registration

  1. Account Creation: Certain services require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. Unauthorized Use: TruDeliver is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments

  1. Payment Methods: TruDeliver accepts multiple payment options. Payments must be cleared before processing orders.
  2. Pricing: Prices are as listed at the time of placing the order. TruDeliver reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

  1. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vendor stock issues or logistics delays.
  2. Delivery Address: Customers must provide accurate delivery details. TruDeliver is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for wrong, damaged, or defective products or other valid issues.
  2. Unboxing Video: A mandatory unboxing video within 2 days of delivery is required for all returns and exchanges.
  3. Exchange Priority: TruDeliver prioritizes exchanging the product for the same item. Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable with the vendor.
  4. Online Payment Orders: In case of stock unavailability, full refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  2. Service Interruptions: TruDeliver is not responsible for temporary service interruptions, delivery delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of TruDeliver services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhadravathi, Karnataka.
