1. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 days from the date of pickup from the vendor.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
    • Adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, floods)
    • Courier service delays
    • Public holidays or natural events
  • Any delay caused by such events will be communicated promptly to the customer.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Order placement does not guarantee delivery.
  • Orders are confirmed only after the vendor verifies stock availability.
  • Once confirmed, the order is processed for pickup and shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions are valid only for eligible products and regions as mentioned.

4. Delivery Address & Contact

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including:
    • Name, phone number, and address
    • Landmark or additional instructions for easy delivery
  • TruDeliver is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Partial Shipments

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages if:
    • Items are sourced from different vendors
    • Certain products are available later than others
  • Customers will be informed if partial shipment occurs.

6. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once the order is picked up by the courier.
  • Tracking information allows you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of lost, damaged, or defective shipments, customers should contact TruDeliver support within 2 days of delivery.
  • TruDeliver will coordinate with the vendor and courier to replace, exchange, or refund the product as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Courier Service Limitations

  • Delivery depends on the courier partner’s operational capacity.
  • Delays due to remote locations, natural calamities, strikes, or technical failures are beyond our control.
  • TruDeliver will communicate any such delays to customers as soon as possible.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a courier attempts delivery and fails, the customer will be notified.
  • Orders may be rescheduled for delivery once at no extra cost depending on courier policy.

10. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.
  • Verify the package and report issues immediately with photographic or video proof.
