At TruDeliver, the safety of our customers, vendors, and staff is our top priority. These guidelines ensure that all interactions, transactions, and deliveries are secure, reliable, and efficient.

1. Customer Safety Guidelines

  • Secure Transactions: Always make payments through the official TruDeliver platform. Avoid sharing bank details, OTPs, or card information with anyone claiming to represent TruDeliver outside our official channels.
  • Account Security: Use strong passwords and do not share your account credentials with anyone. Change your password periodically.
  • Delivery Safety: Always check the delivered product before accepting it. If possible, record an unboxing video, especially for valuable or fragile items.
  • Report Suspicious Activity: Immediately contact us if you notice unusual activity in your account, or receive fraudulent messages claiming to be TruDeliver.

2. Vendor Safety & Security Guidelines

  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock information to avoid order cancellations or disputes.
  • Packaging & Dispatch: Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Poor packaging can result in non-payout or customer complaints.
  • Transaction Security: All payments and payouts are handled securely through TruDeliver’s official channels. Never share vendor credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Communication Protocol: All customer and TruDeliver communications must be conducted through official channels (email, WhatsApp, or the TruDeliver platform).

3. Delivery & Courier Safety

  • TruDeliver partners with verified courier services for all deliveries.
  • In case of delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we update the customer promptly.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery before signing. Recorded unboxing videos help in claims for exchanges or returns.
  • Couriers are instructed to follow safety protocols, including handling fragile products with care.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

  • TruDeliver does not share customer or vendor data with unauthorized parties.
  • All personal and payment information is securely stored and encrypted.
  • Vendors and customers are advised not to share sensitive information outside the official TruDeliver platform.

5. Fraud Prevention & Reporting

  • TruDeliver actively monitors suspicious activity to prevent fraud.

  • Claims or exchanges require documented evidence, such as unboxing videos, photos of damaged products, or correspondence records.
