Cancellation Policy – TruDeliver
At TruDeliver, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand the conditions and process.
1. Pre-Confirmation Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order any time before the vendor confirms stock.
- Cancellation requests can be sent via:

- Upon successful cancellation, any payment made will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
2. Post-Confirmation Cancellation
- Once the vendor confirms stock, order cancellation is not allowed except in the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock at the vendor at the time of processing
- The product received by the courier is damaged or incorrect
- In these cases, the order will either be rescheduled, replaced, or refunded as per our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Online Payment Orders
- For orders placed via online payment methods, refunds will be processed only if the order is canceled due to stock unavailability or vendor-related issues.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled before vendor confirmation without any charges.
- Once the order is confirmed and picked up for delivery, COD cancellations are not accepted.
5. How to Cancel an Order
- Provide the Order ID, product name, and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.
- Orders confirmed by the vendor cannot be canceled simply due to change of mind or preference.
6. Partial Cancellation
- Partial cancellations (cancelling some items in a multi-item order) are allowed only before vendor confirmation.
- After confirmation, partial cancellation requests are not accepted.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Ensure your order details, address, and product selection are correct before placing the order.
- Once the vendor confirms stock, TruDeliver cannot modify or cancel the order for convenience reasons.
