At TruDeliver, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To ensure transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction, we have outlined the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only under valid and verifiable reasons, which include:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Other genuine issues with the product

Exchanges or returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • “I don’t like the color”
  • “I changed my mind”
  • Any other trivial or subjective reason

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process an exchange or refund, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video recording of the product within 2 days of delivery. The video should clearly show:

  • The condition of the package upon receipt
  • The product inside
  • Any visible damage or defect

Requests without a proper video will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Priority

  • TruDeliver gives first priority to exchanging the product for the same item.
  • If the requested product is unavailable with the vendor at the time of processing, we will issue a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Replacement Not Available: If the same product cannot be exchanged due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed.
  • Online Payment Orders: If an order placed via online payment cannot be fulfilled because the product is out of stock with the vendor, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will always be credited to the original payment method.

5. Steps to Request an Exchange or Refund

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: Within 2 days of delivery, record the unboxing video showing the product and any issue.
  2. Send Details: Share the video and your order details via:

  3. Return the Product: The product must be returned to the vendor in original condition, including:
    • Original packaging
    • Accessories, manuals, and spare parts

Important: Exchange or refund will be processed only after verifying the video and the returned product.

6. Products with Missing Spares

  • If a product is delivered with missing spare parts, exchange is not possible.
  • Such issues should be reported immediately for guidance or replacement of missing components.

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • For online payments, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Guidelines and Conditions

  • Exchange or refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned intact, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product only; upgrades or different products are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
